This software support agreement includes the following services for the above mentioned product(s) within the above mentioned term.
1. Service Upgrades
All upgrades of the purchased software that will be released within the term of the agreement will automatically and at no charge be sent to the licensee. Upgrades mean improvements and small extensions of existing functions as well as error corrections. Service upgrades are marked by the "decimal places" of the version numbers (e.g. WinFACT 96.03). This service also includes versions that are no longer distributed.
2. Error Correction
An error which is reported by the licensee in the purchased software that reduces the functionality more than slightly will immediately be corrected. The licensee will receive the corrected software via the Internet, by postal mail or by email in one week at the latest.
3. Support and Hotline
The licensee gets support by telephone hotline for max. 30 minutes/month. When reporting problems via hotline it is recommended to describe the probelm as detailed as possible including all carried out steps and to send possibly relevant data records. In addition to the telephone support the licensee has unrestricted access to special, restricted support pages of our web site.
4. Update Service
Updates are basic changes of software functions which are normally marked by changing the version "before the point". The licensee will be informed about updates in writing, by fax or by email. With the information the update will be bindingly offered.
